Acquisition Announcement – Continuity of Service and Important Information
We are pleased to announce that Near North Lab Inc. (a subsidiary of H2Lab Inc) has recently acquired the assets of Near North Laboratories Inc. As of February 3, Near North Laboratories Inc. officially operates under its new name: Near North Lab Inc.
The human and personalized approach that has always distinguished the laboratory remains at the heart of our commitments. Our priority is to ensure full continuity of services while benefiting from additional resources, tools, and reinforced operational support.
“After 36 years in business, and an extraordinarily interesting career, I have sold Near North Laboratories Inc. to H2Lab of Quebec who will be continuing operations at the North Bay site as the new Near North Lab Inc., subsidiary of H2Lab.

- Invoices dated on or after February 3, 2026 must now be addressed to Near North Lab Inc. See all the details in the official announcement letter below.
